01 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Rush33 ("Rush33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rush33 website, including all content, features, products, and services available at https://rush33.cam (the "Platform").
Rush33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. All Platform content is presented in English. These Terms are also in English, and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on rush33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Important: These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Rush33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Definitions
In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
03 Account Eligibility
To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of rush33:
- You are at least 21 years of age. Rush33 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to online casino and betting operations.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rush33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of Rush33 or any of its game studio partners, payment processors, or related entities.
- You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by Rush33 and are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any responsible gambling authority.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
- You are not depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal means, and you confirm that all funds in your Account are from legitimate sources.
Age Verification: Rush33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds will be reviewed and may be forfeited. Rush33 takes the protection of minors very seriously.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are and will remain satisfied during your use of the Platform. Rush33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
04 Account Registration
To access the full range of games and betting markets on rush33, you must register a single Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. Rush33 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and consolidate or void any associated balances and wagers.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any other person. Rush33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. You agree to notify rush33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
You undertake to keep all Account information accurate and current throughout your relationship with Rush33. If any information changes — including your residential address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update your Account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
KYC Verification: Rush33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC will prevent withdrawal processing.
05 Terms of Use
By accessing rush33, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that all games available on the Platform involve an element of chance, and that outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer operations, as applicable.
Rush33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content or feature of the Platform.
Access to rush33 requires a compatible internet-enabled device and a stable internet connection. Rush33 is optimised for modern web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Rush33 is not responsible for any losses arising from poor connectivity, device incompatibility, or interruptions to the Platform resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All game results and wager outcomes on rush33 are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Rush33 will not reverse a completed wager outcome except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that materially affected the result. Any such disputes must be raised with our support team within 48 hours of the relevant event.
06 Deposits & Payments
Rush33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
- Deposits processed via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
- Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receiving the minimum number of network confirmations required for the relevant blockchain.
- Rush33 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors or cryptocurrency networks may apply their own transaction fees, for which Rush33 bears no responsibility.
- All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform. Rush33 does not function as a financial institution, and deposits are not held as investments or interest-bearing balances.
- Rush33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
07 Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals of genuine winnings and unused deposited funds subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Rush33 will not release funds to an unverified Account.
- Wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be fulfilled before withdrawal eligibility is established for the portion of the balance attributable to bonus winnings.
- E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed promptly by Rush33; final receipt is subject to blockchain network congestion and confirmation times.
- Rush33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds.
Withdrawal disputes: If your withdrawal has not been received within the standard processing window, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. Response time is typically within 2 hours during peak Malaysia Time (MYT) hours.
08 Bonuses & Promotions
Rush33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on rush33 are set out below.
- Bonuses are available to verified Account holders aged 21 and above who are in good standing with Rush33.
- Each promotional offer specifies the applicable wagering requirement (minimum rollover), eligible games, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings. These terms are binding and take precedence over any general expectation.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Rush33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Where a User has already opted into and is actively using a bonus, Rush33 will provide reasonable notice of any material change.
- Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns, or coordinated play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.
- Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are available once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Rush33 uses technical and manual review processes to identify and action abuse.
09 Betting Rules
All wagers placed on rush33 — including sports bets, live in-play bets, casino game wagers, and instant win stakes — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
Sports betting odds are set by Rush33's pricing algorithms and may be updated at any time prior to an event's commencement. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to that wager, provided the bet is confirmed by the Platform. Rush33 covers markets across Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and other international sports events.
Rush33 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed at manifestly erroneous odds, resulted from a technical error or data feed fault, or is otherwise affected by circumstances that render settlement impractical. Voided bets are refunded in full to the User's Account balance.
Rush33 applies maximum payout limits per wager and per day for each betting product. These limits are published in the relevant game or sportsbook section of the Platform and may be amended from time to time. Rush33 reserves the right to reduce these limits for specific Users where there is evidence of systematic exploitation.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rush33. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Colluding with other Users to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical means to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your Account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Platform's code, design, or proprietary content.
- Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards Rush33 staff or other platform Users.
11 Account Suspension & Closure
Rush33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including where Rush33 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, a violation of applicable law, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Rush33 will notify the User via their registered email address. The User may not access their Account balance or place further wagers during the suspension period. Rush33 will endeavour to complete any such investigation within 10 business days and communicate the outcome promptly.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Genuine deposits and winnings earned prior to and unrelated to the breach will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Rush33's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 16.
12 Responsible Gambling
Rush33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. Gambling is intended solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We actively encourage all Users to gamble within their means, set personal limits, and seek help if they feel their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
Rush33 provides all registered Users with access to the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through their Account settings or by contacting our support team:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
- Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary restriction on your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
- Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net wagering position.

13 Intellectual Property
All content on the rush33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, icons, layout, and software code — is the exclusive property of Rush33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to reproduce, publish, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Rush33. The limited licence granted under Clause 5.1 does not confer any intellectual property rights upon you beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rush33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
Rush33's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of genuine deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Rush33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. Rush33 will not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.
15 Amendments to These Terms
Rush33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — Rush33 will notify registered Users via email or prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum of 7 days' notice where practicable.
Non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections, or updates to contact details) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Rush33's operating jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact Rush33's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Rush33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Rush33 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach of Clause 10 (Prohibited Conduct).
